Customer Service Policy
Danielle’s is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 5-7 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an in store credit note.
Shoe Size Guide
National shipping is $10 flat rate for orders up to $150, and free shipping for orders over $150. Danielle’s does not currently offer international shipping.
You will receive your order in approximately 2-5 working days. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries via registered post. You might like to consider having the goods shipped to your workplace to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible.
Online Returns & Exchanges
If you need to exchange or return an item in original condition you have up to 7 days from receipt of your order. You have the choice of refund or in store credit note. Garments must be in original condition with all swing tickets and tags still attached. If you have any questions about returning an item simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (EST) on 03 9859 5555. You are welcome to return online purchases by post within 7 days of receiving your order. Please enclose 1 copy of your original receipt together with the merchandise & all attached swing tickets where applicable, and mail to: Danielle’s Online Returns & Exchanges 72A Doncaster Rd, Nth Balwyn, 3104 As Danielle’s is not liable for the loss of items being returned we ask that you return any items using registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your credit note to be issued. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.
Any information we collect in relation to you is kept private and secure. We do not pass on any of your personal details. We simply use this information to identify your orders and contact you if necessary.
